What Awenesst Birth Provides
All services are non-medical and solely educational, physical, and emotional support.
Birth Doula
- 2 prenatal visits, learning about each other and your birth preferences
- On call at 38 weeks until the birth of your baby
- Attendance and support for the entire labor and delivery
- 1 postpartum visit to discuss the birth and your recovery
- Photography (upon request)
Postpartum Doula
- 1 meeting during the 3rd trimester of your pregnancy
- 6-7 weeks of support for the whole family
- Light household cleaning
- Support with feeding (latch, positions, bottles, etc.)
- Cloth diaper and elimination communication support
- Meal preparation (upon request)
